Still in agony with back,
Dont think I could drive yet ,dont think I could get in and out of the car.
Aches when im sitting have a walk round then that hurts so sit down .

Positive thoughts Jeff I am meeting up with Ed today to get the traction control actuator replaced or get it disabled until it can be repaired. He is confident it can be fixed.
