With much regret I have decided to part company with my beloved Rover 75, after 7 years and 37,000 miles of enjoyable and mostly trouble-free motoring, as my means of transport as a management consultant. Now that my last clients have been successfully ‘transitioned’ to ISO 9001: 2015 my millboard has been hung up and the fact has to be faced that I no longer have a need for a second vehicle.

I had hoped to sell the car with a full year’s worth of MoT (expired Oct. ’18), but a couple of front suspension parts have decided otherwise. So pricing (see below) is based on selling without an MoT, as it stands. Apart from this the car is a runner of some style and elegance and to someone willing and able to carry out the work this vehicle could be what you are looking for. Plus points:
• 2.0 litre BMW diesel, only 105,180 miles, starts easily, smooth running, never used for towing
• Clutch and master cylinder replaced at 89,412 miles
• Rear exhaust box replaced at 98,812 miles
• 45 – 50 mpg figures usual
• Xenon headlights, brilliant despite minimal hazing
• Bodywork in good condition, (apart from N/S blemish – narrow Somerset lane! - see below)
• Regular servicing, as per Rover specification, last at 106,606, prior to Oct. 2017 MoT.
