Default My ABS light again

Hi all. Abs light still on. Mentioned this a while ago and have followed advice given at that time. Found a jointed cable front n/s, looked very poor so I cut it out and joined up with stainless bullets but no joy on the light.
Is it because the fualt needs clearing, would a battery reset do it, would it need a T4 to clear it. Would a T4 pinpoint the fault if the light is still on. If so anyone know the nearest expert to Redditch please.

If it is the abs I think your speedo would be U/S ??? When my abs sensors were damaged-disconnected my speedo did not work..

Sounds more like the brake pad sensor to me, common cause it the wire chaffing on the wheel or disk...

Two sensors, both off side wheels...

ABS sensors

Front nearside, traction control and ABS
Front offside, Traction control, speedo and ABS
both rears, ABS

A T4 will pinpoint which sensor the problem is with but it may be a sensor or the bearing

An ABS warning light will self extinguish once the fault has been rectified and the the car is in motion, it will not clear with the repair alone
