Good tip. No i didnt, i fitted the caliper complete with its pads to the hub then did the bleed.

Air has a way of moving to the highest point in the system after a while. It may have originated in the caliper hose, but maybe is now in the ABS module (the channel for that caliper).

On some bikes removing the master cylinder from the handlebar and hanging it higher, then tapping the caliper and brake line will help the air move to the highest point.

Just saying maybe the ABS procedure Arctic mentioned is logical.

I tried all sorts to bleed the brakes after renewing a brake pipe on my V8 including going onto grass to make the abs to cycle but the only way in the end was a session on the T4,good luck.
