Cool

Morning everyone.

There is mist over the Tamar and it’s a bit grey here. We reached a staggering 16 degrees here yesterday. Supposed to be in the 20’s over the weekend.

Fantastic!

Misty this morning but with a promise of fine weather when the sun burns it off.

Difficult start to the day as our dog Ella is having two bad teeth out this morning so no breakfast for her - something she is finding very hard.

Shame as we had had this planned for Tue next week as we were due to go to Brighton to see my son and his wife but he had double booked and is at a beer festival today and tomorrow.

So he has his priorities right!

But it has allowed us to bring Ella’s op forward to today which is good as she must be in some discomfort with those teeth. It is a shame as she is just settling in to a routine and she is now quite “bothered” that she hasn’t been fed.

Not an easy day - but hey ho - others are having far worse I’m sure.

Bright glorious sunshine here at the moment.
Today I’ll be in Colchester, Braintree and Ipswich.
Hope the weather is the same all over

Congratulations to Julien and his Wife on their anniversary

Camera club tonight and it’s the portrait competition evening. Fingers crossed that my four entries don’t bomb

Blimey! The criminality gets worse here! just had a neighbour round asking me to go through my CCTV recordings for Wednesday night, his house got ransacked & burgled, they even ripped wardrobe doors off their hinges and threw all the food out of the fridge across the room as well as smashing a dozen eggs against the walls.

G'day sun worshippers - 'tis a canny morning up 'ere, sunny, mild, no wind - I may even enjoy going out to do the weekend shopping trip after lunch. We need to buy substantial amounts of grub, as we've got NINE of the family for Sunday lunch

Hearty congratulations to Dawn and Julien - 55 years - wow!
- we're mere novices at 47 years in August
