well having spent what seems like a lifetime reading forums and reviews, I've come to the conclusion that tyre choice is fraught with danger !!!

I'm after a set of 4 18" tyres. The tyre reviews web site is a good place to start, but even that is full of odd reviews.

the last two in the list have no reviews.

Id set a budget of £80.

I think unless there's a eureka moment or someone offers something unbelievable, I'll be trying the Barum, only in as much as they are partnered with Continental.

Nexen N8000 have coped with everything I could throw at them on the rear of the ZT, not so the Wanjitown Siming Mountain Lawnmower and Dangerous Toy Co. snow tyres on the front



Neither tyre would have been my choice, but the Nexen apart from being a bit noisier than the Dunlops on Frosty seem quite capable

No point in asking me , just stick the cheapest ones on I can get.

I was warned off Nexen by a mate in the trade, he recommended some Three A P606's

ATS sell them, less than £50 a corner fitted and I'm very impressed, Google the reviews!

Praise indeed, I am a big fan of the N8000 Nexens a very capable tyre, not top class by any means but far removed from ditchfinders and a decent wet weather performance.

Costco have £50 off at the moment if you buy 4.
They sell Michelin and Bridgestone.
Mine are only 195 65 15 but if you buy the 4 the Michelins work out at £49 a corner all in.
Bridgestones were quoted about £6 cheaper.
It's worth being a member.

Costco quoted me £165 per tyre for my zt last week for 18 inch tyres. I could buy a whole set for that
