What a difference
I have a brand new veneer dash to fit but each time I get another 75 I think I'll save the dash for the next one.... It'll probably end up being fitted to the inside of my coffin at this rate.
The real wood does look so much better but even they are subject to sunlight fading which is probably why mine looks so nice in the original packing.... must be mad.

From what I could see the air bag is a bit fiddly an a special torx bit is needed the rest is just held with clips where you pull/leaver out the bottom of the dash panel then pull the panel down, again only from what I observed Nick doing

It was a pleasure to chat to you this afternoon and great to see how enthusiastic your young son was with the car-old mans transport indeed-pah!! Its just a shame nobody wanted the leather seats, although i was pleased to learn from the chap who took the car away that it would be used for spares rather than crushed. All the best and i wish you many happy miles of silky smooth motoring in your V6.-with REAL wooden dash

I still haven't fitted the main section of my wood dash yet. It came complete with the vents & clock so shouldn't be too difficult hopefully.
