Welding services
I've seen numerous posts commending Tom Hobbs for his work on our cars. Hope it's OK to plug a chap I've been in touch with when wearing my Ford fan hat - https://djwwelding.business.site/ (Craig Winter)
I've not seen his work in the flesh but I do know he's knowledgeable and thorough. He's in Blithbury which is in Staffordshire.

Shame there's no-one in Hertfordshire Well, no-one who would be willing to Do the sills without charging silly money.
My friend had the worst job I've ever seen at an MOT tester where it looked like they'd tacked on sheet metal. No grinding down the seam, no primer, no paint and no hole to key the jack. AND they charged more than Tom Hobbs

Yeah, Tom did mine, and did an amazing job Took a couple of days, but I just dropped the car off when I was on the way to Wales and picked it up on the way back.
Not so easy to get a car to him if it's failed the MOT on the sills though
