Default Just a heads up....

Just a heads up, I'm going to be taking a break from Friday to Monday this weekend so will have limited access to messages until Tuesday.

Saturday would have been mine and my fiance's wedding day, however 2020 had other plans throwing in a bit of COVID-19 so it all had to be cancelled including our two week honeymoon to Barbados which we would have been from Tuesday next week.

It' had all been very emotional for her when we had to cancel it all back in March, after spending over a year planning it all. We've accepted it and are looking forward to our new postponed date, but I know Saturday is still going to be quite an emotional day for her.

So going to be taking this weekend out to give her 100% of my time to mark what would have been my last day of freedom 😁

Have a great weekend all, enjoy the good weather!

Don't even look at PM's Rick, just give Deanna lots of hugs, and enjoy each others company, anything involving this place can wait

As Brian say’s, lots of hugs and being close is a very personal thing to take part in. There will always be another day, but I know Deanna will be thinking of what might have been on the time and date. Give her a hug from all of us Hollanders.

Thank you all I'll show her all your kind messages that'll but a smile on her face

Like we both said, it's been really annoying that it's just our luck we booked our wedding bang in the middle of a pandemic, out of all the years/months it could have happened. But could have been worse, at least we still have our health.

Just the weather has been rubbing salt in the wounds being so perfect here in Essex in the last week and a half to two weeks running up to the wedding. Saturday's weather is forecasted to be perfect, lovely sunny day around 19oc at the time we would have been getting married so not too hot just how we would have wanted it. And Deanna had a hot tub booked to be delivered to the house for the days running up to the wedding for her and the bridesmaids and the weather would have been spot on for it. We'd been hoping there'd be a hurricane or something Just don't ever remember the weather being so perfect for nearly 2 weeks in a row before, especially in May. Usually we just get 4-5 days of it at best down here in Essex!
