Estate agents & web are not always right

There are a couple of houses up for sale near me and we have checked some of the details.
Local schools and council tax. Estate agent has wrong schools and a well known web site has the wrong council tax.

If you are buying or selling a property do make sure you check all the details. Don't just use the name of the "village" but use the post code too.

Nowt new there. They have always been economical with the truth. As you suggested do your homework!!
