Default BACK interior light

Hi All

has anyone got an interior back light , in sandstone colour, as my has falling from grace, i did order one from sean carter, but to no avail, it has not turned up,

so i will spend another £10.00 on a replacement, if anyone can help

If your handy with a soldering iron you can repair them.
It usually is the two plastic arms that stop the assembly falling down that break off due to the plastic getting brittle.
If you careful you can re weld them or make new arms out of plastic copying the broken bit.
Have done the same with the rear brake light assembly plastic mounting which always snaps by reinforcing the tabs that break off with some fine metal mesh which I heated up and melted into the tabs.
Works a treat.

I repaired mine by making a metal bracket to replicate the plastic arms and used aroldite to fix it to the light. Been ok for 2yr+.

Hainford spares or Barrets, Alseby would be two places to check.
