Can't see them getting many miles out of a set of tyres.

They all look as if someone's picked them up and dropped them from height.

But WHY???????

Are they even legal? Must make the car handle really really badly (because the words I want to use to express the state of handling I'd image these things had, are naughty words)

WHY? I guess it's simply because they can. Can't see them handling at all well, some being driven very gingerly in that vid! Suppose it's a minority interest.
