I often find it strange that there aren't many women mechanics around. Surely it can't be because none of them are interested?

Very impressive Debz.
My wife and daughters are the same, they are not afraid of getting their hands dirty. I can remember being gob-smacked watching my wife change a fan-belt on her MK2 Capri, this was back in the late 80's. That was enough for me, I knew I had to make her mine, she didn't make it easier for me though. I think there should be more women mechanics. |

My wife is a great help when I'm working on the car........... She makes great tea and bacon sarnies, the idea of her with a spanner gives me the shivers!
