If it does have aftermarket cruise, I'd say this looks like an actuator. FWIW, the actuator on mine is fitted to the bracket to the left of the PAS reservoir; this fitting looks more elegant and doesn't obscure access as the fitting on mine does.

Also surely if its a Connie SE it would have cruise as standard and its interesting that its got Harmon Kardon presumably as an option yet its not a contemporary.

I believe specs varied from car to car during the later years. |

No ultra sonic alarm,cruise control,Auto dipping mirror/rain sensor wipers/traction control/ the list goes on..a reasonable spec but not the best
