Default adding after-market reversing sensors

Rather than use my tow-bar to tell me when I've gone back too far I've thought about adding after-market sensors.

The number-plate surround style seems easiest - less of a cosmetic issue than not having paint-matched sensors in the bumper. But double the price compared to the latter.

Any one had success with these?

On y last car I had similar set:: they stick on the lights, I mounted them on the innermost part of the light, just above bumper level. For better coverage, get a reversing camera,. Radioguy does one hard wired or wireless for the marque, it mounts on to the number plate lens, you take the existing one off and fix the camera in its place.
The monitor can be the naval double din radio, or a clip on mirror mount, that goes over existing interior mirror , or you could get a dash mounted monitor. For details contact Coolcat as he is a distributor for Sean. Or check bay.

I fitted a set from "Cisbo" off EBay very soon after buying the car, got the nearest colour they did, then sprayed them. The holes are pre-marked on the back of the bumper, & you can put the display where you like. Never had a problem

'Rather than use my tow-bar to tell me that I've gone back too far' ... So you're the one who leaves marks and indentations in the centre of people's bumpers when parking lol .

Just a thought, it could be possible the wiring is in the loom, if so you could look for a secondhand bumper of the right colour with the original sensors. Just a thought!

I second the above.

I'm a fan of Cisbo as well, easy install once bumper is off and they work well, you even get the hole saw with them.

Colour match against my old Starlight Silver (MBB) was bang on, but a quick light sand and over spay would sort any colour.
