I went to have a look at this today as I was curious to see it.
All in all I thought it was a bit un-inspiring. Leather looked a bit tired, a few marks on the paint. It said awaiting preperation on the windscreen so I expect a full valet is on the cards. I know its a 2005 but for that money I would have expected a minter - and I would have expected the very highest spec as well. Is it really that much of a rare beast to be worth this money? |

Mark you sound keen as you are talking down the price.
No point doing that here go and try it at the dealership As for Xenons, really not worth worrying about as the car is already equipped with halogen projector lamps. I had Xenons on my 190 and Projectors on my 260 and whilst driving both cars regularly for several months I came to the conclusion there really is very little difference between the two. |

This 75 V8 once belonged to a member of this club named "Mustang powered
Rover" he hasn't visited the site since mid. 2008.. Here are a couple of pictures from the members gallery.. Also I have to agree with Keith.. Very little difference between Xenon's and projectors with Phillips Hi power bulbs.. Dave T |

Quite a few of these cars are starting to clock up several owners the Typhoon "C7 UFO" on Piston heads will be on its sixth or perhaps that might be seventh one soon service history and provenance is starting to get eroded as well for some.
Did you notice from the gallery this 75 seems to have a "dealer type tag attached to the key even then. |

Ha Ha!
I'm very happy with my ZT 190 plus. Much better equipped. That extra power just scares me! I have actually brought a car from the guys at Church Square Autos before and found them to be very straight and fair. All work i needed was done with no hassles under their own warranty. |

Only just revisited this thread. I used a silicon rubber adhesive sealant from Momentive Performance Materials (we use it in our factory for bonding). It has great 'grab' meaning you can position the clip heads in the shell and push together to bond. The material will hold almost immediately, but you can still slide the clip a little if necessary for final positioning. It held all the fixings remarkably well, and when set you can tighten up to pull the shell back into place. It remains flexible after setting, unlike the
original epoxy which went very brittle.
