Default American Weekend Precott Hill 5th 6th October

Hi Guys


Convoy details post. 39

CONVOY DETAILS for Sunday


8.45 at KFC for 9 am start

Convoy Details you are welcome to join at any point via the back door just tag on behind.


For KFC start
leave motorway at J10 M6 turn towards Walsall 30yds to lights first right KFC on Right can't miss it.

Leave KFC J10 M6 South. 9am use WS2 8TJ
join M5 South
pickup Strensham Services M5 (lorry caravan Park at rear) around. 9.45
Leave M5 J 9 A46 Left towards Ashchurch & Evesham
Right at lights Queens head (white Pub) B4079
Right into A435
layby on left just after 1st junction last pick up (if required)
2Nd left Toward Gotherington Mallerson Road
straight into Gretton Road
pass under Rail Bridge circuit on right parking in orchard not Field have orchard pass ready. 10:15 arrive approximately.

I hope that you are well, just wanted to check how things are going your end in regards to the Prescott Autumn Classic.
Please find attached the site map, and entry list - so that you know where you will be located. Please note that it is not to scale, and I have put you in a place that you can take up more space and expand if needed.
Our paddock American car display has been fully booked now for over three months.

To help you plan your visit, please see below some additional information:

Entertainers Stage Schedule:
Demon Drome Wall of Death: 10.30am, 12.00noon, 1.50pm, 3.00pm, 4.30pm
1920’s Gatsby Style Dancing Girls Performances: 11.10am, 12.50pm, 2.30pm, and 3.20pm (4.00pm Sat)
Blues Brothers Tribute (Sat): 10.50am, 12.20pm, 2.00pm, 3.30pm
Bravo Boys Band (Sun): 10.50am, 12.20pm, 2.00pm, 2.00pm (4.10pm Sun)
Michael Ian Brown – 1950’s American Jukebox Classics performances: 10.00am, 11.20am, 1.30pm, 2.40pm

Clubhouse News for American Weekend:
On Fri 4th Oct, - the Clubhouse will be open from 3.00pm onwards, with evening meals from just £5 & live music from local guitarist & vocalist Vince Freeman (as appeared on BBC The Voice).
The Prescott Clubhouse will be open from 7.00am over the weekend, serving full cooked breakfasts until 12noon, plus hot & cold food throughout the day.
On the Saturday night the Clubhouse will be hosting an American Thanksgiving Supper from 6.00pm onwards, with music from Dancin’ Easy. Pre-booking is advisable for the evening, please contact Ciaran on Tel: 07725 336892

Cavalcades:
Please remember to let your members know that If they would like to take part in a cavalcade up the hill, they will need you to sign an indemnity form to obtain a separate cavalcade wristband. The cavalcade form will have to be signed on both days, along with any passengers that will be taking part.
The cavalcade “sign on” desk is situated in the paddock office (wooden hut) by and open from 10am – 11am daily. There will be announcements from the stage at approx 12.00noon – to provide an approximate time to return to your vehicle. Unfortunately cavalcades/Run the Hill cannot be guaranteed, it is at the Clerk of the Course discretion, and is dependent on the weather conditions and racing.
Spaces are limited to 100 vehicles, and are on a first-come-first-served basis, with a charge of £5 per vehicle.






Please be aware this is not an official 75 & ZT Owners Club meet and as such is not covered by the clubs public liability insurance. Also the owners club take no responsibility for the meet in any way.
