To be fair Ken they ain't to bad,the passenger side is worse.i have a slide hammer, just drilled holes in the centre of dents and pull em out, fill with fibreglass finishing with a nice skim of body filler, then stonechip.most if not all the damage is right underneath so not really noticeable but I know it's there so it has to be done.

I bought a 3M kit to do my headlights and was going to do them when I change the damaged front bumper (they were an advisory on the last MOT)
However, I needed to sort them out before I'd got chance to change the bumper as the MOT was due, so I tried cleaning them up with some Unipol plastic polish I've had for years.
With only a little effort they've cleaned up great, removed the yellow cloudiness, and passed the MOT. Highly recommended stuff if you can find it.

Lost 3 hours of my life yesterday fixing drivers side window regulator as it had suffered a snapped cable. £10 of ebay for repair kit that replaces the main pulley and all 3 cables. One of most fiddly frustrating jobs ive done on the car winding each of the cables around the pulley and getting it back in door without at all unwinding. All good now, and after learning from mistakes yesterday when the passenger side gives up it should only take an hour. The joys of owning a 14 year old car.

Changed oil and filter using a extraction pump for the first time, with the oil warm it took 8 minutes to empty sump, well impressed.

I thought mine were pretty bad, very yellowed and cloudy. I was very impressed with the polish.
