kv6 power steering pumps
kv6 power steering pumps for the mk 1 kv6 "new" are becoming sparse to find. the ones DMGRS has on order are for the newer mk2. as i have not had a close look at the fittings on the mk2 versions , i wonder if they can be fettled to suit the mk 1. there seems to be a definite turn in the tide for spares regarding the early kv6 spares. i hope things dont get worse . ...

The plastic timing belt covers should be changed for the later type to enable enough room for the later pump to be fitted. So the main belt and right sprocket should be removed unfortunately.
