Thanks Ronnie,but I don't think that was a factor with recent probs,as she wasn't really showing signs of overheating before,and I had run her for six years with them on.

The main reason I changed back to old grille was, the club badge got condensation behind laminate,looked awful,so replaced it with a spare I had,so this dosn't happen again will only use the full chrome grille with badges at meet's etc

Hiya Lee,

I think the only way I would sav anything,would be to take the engine out altogether,and mount a wind turbine on the roof,mind you I would then have to look out for low bridges eh!
