Morning all.

Overcast but quite bright here.

After a decent trip across to Trikey's I have a couple of lovely front seats to find a home for .

Quizzie & Meg met one another and we downed a few cups of tea and had a good chat.

Please to hear that you've sorted the UBP

Hopefully we'll catch up again soon.

Look after yourself.

Cheers mate.

Can't make up its mind what to do, sunny - cloudy - sunny - cloudy.

Sad to report the passing of a wee female Goldfinch, hit the kitchen window. I went straight out but it had hit the window so hard it broke its neck, stone dead. Usual thing that makes the small birds panic like that are the ******* magpies

Next time you come over here we can pop in and see John at MGR parts on the other side of the bridge, he might have a door for your csr to replace the damaged one.

There's some idiot keeps running up and down the man road in his "souped up" hatchback. Its over fuelling so that it pops and bangs on the overrun, he doesn't drive it "normally", its foot on gas, foot off gas, foot on gas, foot off gas so that its banging and popping continually. Some folk are easily pleased

It's the same here Steve, there are around 4-5 of these hot hatchbacks tearing around despite being in a 20mph zone with the snap crackle pop & dump valve noises going on, They cant drive them normally here either. No PC plod to do owt about it.

Thankfully its only the one cretin but in the evening you can hear hot hatches tearing along the main road. There have been a few fatalities not far from here, there's a bend with a dip in the road just before it, going too fast, dip unsettles the car, can't make the bend, into the bushes and trees. Been a couple of years since the last one, probably due another soon.

What a miserable cold rainy day here That winds picked up too lashing the rain against the conservatory windows, It's more like November than May. Not good for my tomato plants
