Default CDTi air intake rubber fixings

Trying to replace the three seized rubber fixings that go through the air intake on the slam panel of my 2003 CDTi.

I've found these on ebay.....can anyone confirm these will do? And if so, which size do I need please?

Now those are just what I need for my air filter to slam panel. Just need to know the correct size.

I have fitted metal plates inside my air ducts for the left and right fitting and they have a 6mm nut fitted. The middle fixing has the plate and nut underneath.

So how does that prevent the engine vibration transmitting to the body?

My car had spirenuts fitted by a previous owner, and after their replacement with rubnuts the vibration that was seen in the headlamp beams at idle completely disappeared.

Just my thoughts, for what they're worth Ian

Is the air duct is rubber mounted by 2 screws further back and loosely fitted even further back? There are also the concertinas.

To be honest I had not considered vibration and can truthfully say I don't notice any difference and don't notice an issue with the headlights.

I'd have to remove the 6mm bolts and see if there is a difference in vibration and noise

Rimmers do them. When I bought my current 75 they were seized. Easy enough to replace. I have dabbled the new bolts with grease so wont have an issue again.
