Morning members from different continents - our milder weather lasted only a short time. Last night/this morning temperatures dropped quite sharply, with a good white frost on the cars and lawns. Forecast is for persistent snow/sleet showers both tomorrow and Thursday.
Waiting for delivery of my new smartphone today - the current one is on Android 6 and some of the banks' mobile apps. will now only work on Android 7 or later
Paid for it with the rebate for the road tax on the CRV - was paying £240 a year but the new HRV is only £20 and I got 6 months of the CRV back.

I'd like to but with the current situation here you can't see a GP, all you can hope for is a phone call. I mentioned it to my wife, married to a nurse don't expect sympathy! Her suggestion was to exercise my wrists . . . . how can you exercise your wrists . . . . on second thoughts don't answer that

I've got the same problem with my mobile phone too, Had to drag my backside into the 21st century & the Banking app says this device not compatible Just had a new battery put in it too, what a ridiculous waste It doesn't have that NFC doodah module in it either Near-Field-Communication.

By all means opt for a telephone consult with your GP. We have 4 doctors, 4 nurses in the family and I rarely discuss my health with any of them

Hi Ian

I want to ask you a question which you might know the answer. Heads up display for watching TV within spectacles, is this available? At night I watch the TV with bluetooth headphones on, but now Jessica is complaining about the light coming from the TV.

Any thoughts?

I’m sure a vr headset would do the job Phil, someone that’s more tech savvy than me would be able to explain.

Afternoon all, Afternoon Phil I hope you're well. Oh! I don't really know much about those things Phil, Just read the odd thing here & there about them & that's it.

Brr! it's going parky out there now, looks like being a freezing night again looking at the weather forecast.

Not that cold, relatively, when I was up at five then everything white with frost by half eight! The frost hasn't shifted where the sun hasn't touched.
