Those two results don't make sense Boriss. You said earlier that the fan runs when you applied 12v to it directly. Where did you apply this supply?

When you refitted the front bumper did you remember to check that the outside temperature sensor connector was in place? It's on the driver's side inside the bumper.

HI, Simon temperature in the morning start show right again,.
I will try today repeat all checks and do photos of proof
Also I will find out then what wires I was using to make fan work when apply 12v.
My car completely nonsense and full of surprises or I total idiot

Thanks Boriss, that's what I'm particularly interested in.

I'm a bit suspicious of the bright blue large relay in your control box. They've always been black in every picture I've seen.

Oh I see that I can explain when I was first time accessed to control box it was with speed of F1 as time was against me so that relley full apart. So I put new one

Ahh, thank you. That relay controls the fan's slow speed (speed 1) and is a very heavy duty relay rated at 60 amps (at 23 degrees C). Is your blue one this specification?

Good! That could be the problem. See if you can find a TE (manufacturer) Power Relay F4 part number: V23134 B52 C642.
