Default Vehicle Excise Duty

What are the current VED rates for the different power plants available on 75/ZT's?

Here you go:-
https://www.gov.uk/calculate-vehicle-tax-rates

The older models are cheaper as they are taxed on engine size I believe? (Prior to Mar 2001)

Thanks RB, but I was trying to avoid ploughing through tables of carbon dioxide emissions. I was hoping someone knew the rates for each 75/ZT option without having to look out the CO2 for each one.

What do you need the info for? Is it a particular model you are thinking of buying? VED varies from model to model and the year of registration so it is not as easy as you imply

Yes, I just noticed on Autotrader that one 260 was listed as £580 and another as £330 which seemed odd, especially when a diesel is listed at £330 as well.

Thanks Broad Acres.

Makes you wonder where Autotrader got £500+ for a V8.

It all depends on the year as any v8 registered after March 2006 is £500+ but before then is lower and is higher if a Rover V8 due to being auto.
