This is a good write up for a car being sold on ebay. Serious issues or not, it failed its mot in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020

With 4 failures on the trot I kind of think servicing was not top of the list despite the advert saying "No expense spared" and "Almost full Rover DSH, since new, especially over recent years and fully stamped service book"

May be service was in January and mot's June and December and the deterioration
took place in between???

It's needed an awful lot of work for that mileage, it suggests to me that despite waxoyl its suffered from the corrosive sea air.

All suspension arms & joints, all springs & shocks at 85K, front to rear brake pipes and £9500 spend wow. I don't think an enthusiast would fit MG wheel centres on a 75 and I'm blowed if I could see the rear mudflaps.
It looks the part but with the MOT history as well I would have to agree and wonder on how well its been treated and looked after.
