Default Change of tyres?

For some unknown reason, all my tyres are 235 45 17 on the original star spoke wheels. These are not standard Rover recommended tyre sizes, but I have no complaints, nor have had anything else to compare them too...

I was thinking of getting my wheels refurbished, and that would be a good time to change the tyres as well, though tbh, there's plenty of tread left on all of them. Has anyone had star spoke wheels refurbed? Did you go for diamond cutting? Any photos? Silver and black paint?

Change the tyres or not? They have performed well, all the way to the Costa del Sol and back Might be nice though, to have all the one brand, instead of 3 different ones!
