Rover 75 2.5 connie breaking for spares

Hi unfortunatley i am breaking my 75, the heads gone burns oil rear springs are broken etc.

She is a 1999 2.5 connie SE with cruise control, traction control, sunroof, electric blind, etc etc.

shes listed on ebay with my contact details.

Do the VIS motors work?

Sorry to hear about your 75, I see its now sold etc.

................. my question is though, why has the head gone on a 2.5?
I thought the 2.0 and 2.5 V6 engines are bullet proof from that issue......

dont really know when i took the head of the back it would see that someone had been in there to me. paint marks on head etc, the gaskets seem to good for the age of the car and there's a multi layer head gasket fitted, so maybe an old problem come back to haunt me.the car is still listed.here
