Default Leak - any ideas?

I've got a mystery small leak down by my front bumper, please see the picture for illustration. Does anyone know where it might be from?

Washer bottle, or a dodgy pipe to your lamp washers....

If it's a diesel and it's oily it could be from your intercooler.

does it have any color in the water ??
If not, leaky washer bottle ??,if colored then maybe leaking elbow on the radiator where the hose meets or check where the nylon tank meets the radiator cooling fins, both notorious spots for leaks.

Since where it's dropping seems to be predictable, put a bowl under to catch some. Then you'll have a far better idea whether the fluid you're dealing with is oil or water.

My guess given the location would be power steering, as already suggested.

Put some white tissue in the bowl to identify any colour in the drips.
