Im on the hunt for one as well. Is yours a 2 pipe or a 4 pipe version? Mine has part code PIB100118 and is 4 pipes.

As a temporary fix im going to remove the thermostat with a "y" connector with the outlet blocked for the leg that returns direct to the tank. This should route all the fuel through the cooler. Wanted to fit it today but the rain was against me.

Got the part yesterday, £2.94 from halfords for an 8mm connector.

It takes an 8mm id. hose, and is labeled 8mm on the packet.

Default Fuel cooler thermo valve mount

For anyone who may need to fabricate one....

David Lawrence came up with a template for a replacement mount (the one which rots away) and if there is enough interest we may look at getting some laser cut from 2mm sheet stainless.

If not then please feel free to use this as a guide for making your own....
