Rover 75 Conn. SE 1999. Drain holes..
The drain holes on either side of the windscreen seemed blocked. Can these holes be prodded?

The upper drains which you refer to are a simple affair and simply drain into the wheel arch behind the liner a 10mm pipe bending spring is a good tool to use but really anything that will fit with reasonable ease is ok it is a round tube with a flattened end.

Don’t worry too much, your ecu is sealed and should t be harmed if it has been previously wet.
Always better to keep things dry though.
