Yes twice on the trot now, the last one turned out to be a verbal appointment over the phone for her pacemaker appointment, yet the letter stated physical appointment at the coronary dept Bolton plus my sister rang ahead to confirm

. And what grinds my gears is I had to pay car park on both these appointment which is my absolute bugbear, If it was going to the hospital I wouldn't have any problem whatsoever but to go into the coffers of some nameless money grubbing company irks me no end.
