The radiator grille on the pre-facelift models has two such scrivet fixings on the top edge. Unfortunately, when removing mine (to fix the club grille badge) the outer rawl part just disintegrated - probably a bit cold. The screw itself was completely burred in any case. I've botched it for the time being but - now then Jules, - thinking cap on and a solution for replacing the outer part too, please!

Cuh!
Everyone wants a miracle these days.

The originals do unscrew if you get a proper size Philips head screw driver (not pozi drive) try & unscrew them without applying downward pressure.
If a previous person has done, the thread will be blunt.

If thread is ruined, unscrew while applying upward pressure from a sharp edge levering up the screw part. (Stanley knife or chisel)
