New Inn
Having taken up the requests of the local members to hold a meeting every month at The New Inn I feel we are not getting the enthusiastic attendance we hoped for, therefore I am going to recommend at this Sundays meeting we try finding another venue within a 20 mile radius of Camberley that will accommodate us and once approved try holding one meeting a month at the New Inn and the next month at a new venue.
Should the majority be in agreement we will need to find a new venue, this will be up to you the members to look round and submit your findings so we may give it a try and if we all approve we can still have one meeting every month only split the venues. Let me know your feelings on this idea and look forward to our Sunday meeting, hopefully the weather will be kind to us, if not we can always sit in the pub. See you Sunday......

John,
Just seen the weather, what a plonker, should have looked earlier. Rain and more rain, so I will pass on this one. Have a good meet. Peter. |

Will probably give this one a miss tomorrow. Last 2 weeks I've been full of cold/flu, and still feel pretty ropey Doubt I'd be very popular spreading germs 'round everybody.
Have a great time folks, and hopefully will meet up soon. Cliff
