Good morning Richard, it’s great news you came through the operation okay and you are going to start physio with walking and cycling. Thank you for thanking everyone which is much appreciated.



I am 6 months on from my operation and I am doing well, but the doctor said it could take 6 months to a year before I am fully recovered. I have another operation in June/July in London, a bypass operation on the right leg to get through. I had the same operation 5 years ago on the left leg, so I know what I am facing.



We are in the UK at the end of May and I am hoping my friendly mechanic will be able to find a car for us which has auto and working a/c would be a treat, thank you. Apart from that…..



We have to make the best of what we have and get on with life. What’s important Richard, is you take good care of yourself, your mates here are all rooting for you.



Don’t worry about visiting or writing up in the forum - that can wait, pace yourself.
