Default Rover 2.5l auto - where is the gearbox refill plug?

Have viewed club tecnical bulletin and removed air filter as required but still have difficulty in identifying the refill plug.
Is it forward wrt the battery, near the air filter assembly locating lugs or to the left of these (if facing the car) somewhere under the rubber pipes?

Default Auto gearbox fill plug

Found it under the pipes - it is a simple black, push-fit plug.

Well spotted, If they had made it yellow like that steaming great oil filler on top of the engine that you couldn't possibly miss even if it were black. Life would be a little easier.
