Evening all..

The threat of thunder storms loomed large today at the Clacton Airshow.
Moody sky but the rain never came....

Will try and get down to the seafront after work tomorrow for the second day of our Airshow.

Morning everyone.

A beautiful sunrise this morning.

Cracking day at the beach yesterday but it was heaving. We managed to park both cars up in the huge car park, over the bridge in Looe.
When we returned to the car park the police had blocked the entrance off as there was too many cars lining to get in. One chap said that he had dropped the family off and he had been waiting 45 minutes to get into the car park. So as our two cars left two were allowed in.

Family are off home this morning. I have the gas board coming this morning to service the boiler so I’m not able to see them off.

They stayed at the Woodside Stables self catering cottages in Saltash. Lovely place, each stable/cottage has a hot tub in the back garden.

Traffic back from work was horrendous so I'm not going to try and get down to the Seafront for the Airshow today....Ho Hum!

Evening all, I was supposed to do the shopping today but had to wait in for a parcel that said delivery between 11:00am & 2:00 pm, Never showed up

Missus has been in bed all day feeling under the weather.

Don't blame you Jeff, I cant abide the traffic jams any more, The older I got the more I couldn't be bothered using the car on bank holiday weekends & the like.

Evening everyone from sunny land of the pasty.

God daughter and family are back home in Colchester, only took 6 hours to get home.

Busy 4 days for Banana and me coming up. Penryn fair on the outskirts of Redruth with the CMGOC. Then out to dinner tomorrow night. Sunday sees me at the Lizard car show, again with the CMGOC.
Monday you’ll find me at the Greendale breakfast meet close to Exeter. (It’s on the events page).

And Tuesday we will be at Peter Harrison’s funeral.

So just having a wee malt this evening.

I had to go & do the BIG SHOP

as the cider stores was getting low

I thought it might be bedlam with it being the bank holiday weekend & people stocking up for BBQ's etc but I sailed through in record time

Dear me! Getting hot now that the sun has burnt through the haze, Time for a cold one me thinks.
