Default Rover 75 2.5 V6 AC Condenser Change

Hi All,

I wonder if someone can kindly help. My AC has stopped blowing cold air. It was ok after a re-gas, but gradually got warm. The local garage suggested the condenser radiator might be leaking although it was difficult to see the dye under UV light. I have taken a flyer and bought an original Rover Condenser which the garage will replace and then re-gas. Question, are there any washers or seals that should be replaced as part of the work? If so, can you please advise of part numbers and possible suppliers?

Many thanks in advance.

Regards,

Terry.

There are two o-rings that fit at the pipes that are connected to the front of the condenser. Two different sizes.Try DMGRS for the seals.

You must change the o rings and look for signs of corrosion on the pipes where they go into condenser

Rimmers have the seals or an air conditioning specialist should have some

Hello Terry,

There is a seal on each of the pipe connections to the condenser:
Inlet JUU 000010
Outlet JUU 000020
They're expensive at about £16 for the pair plus delivery.
