Covid Used As An Excuse For Poor Service
Odd that this is in the news today as I had a conversation with someone yesterday on this very subject.
You phone a company or organization with whom one only ever can conduct the business online or the telephone, but one gets a warning that there may be a poorer service due to Covid.
