Thanks everyone, went to the hospital last night, they let me go home seeing as I don't live alone. Still feeling a touch groggy today. If it wsn't for bad luck I'd have no luck.

Firstly you need all the details put into the accident at work log, then get checked out medically, then if you are signed on the sick after 3 days you will need your management to fill out a riddor report which is sent to the health and safety, they will then investigate the incident.
I hope you are ok and have a speedy recovery.
