Default ABS light coming on

on start up the abs test itself and the light will go out as it should.
But the abs light is coming on as soon as the car is moved.
have been doing a search which have give me some help, but have also give me some things to ask.

1) do you have to get the control unit memory cleared or will it do that itself.

2) one thread said there is abs wiring loom behind the front bumper. is this right.
asking this as I have had the bumper off and abs was ok before I took it off.

any one that has read other threads about my car not starting. I have now got it running and took it for a good run today.

May be as simple as a ABS Sensor failed (check if speedo OK) or the wire chaffing.

ABS fault lamp will clear when the fault is fixed. Well at least mine did after changing the ABS pump.
Pleased to see you up and running again!

You may find that it's damp from that car standing and not being driven
