Wasn't it Toyota Celica owners who used to flash - could be wrong.

To be honest I hate it nothing worse than someone flashing I always think there's something up !!!!

In France, flashing your lights could get you arrested if caught. It's interpreted by the authorities that you are warning on-comers of a road side (not the automatic fixed type) speed camera and thus preventing them (policemen) of doing their job...

I got flashed by a silver R75 while I was heading south on the A1 in Scotland yesterday evening. I was in my tempest grey R75. I wasn't sure if it was a 'hallo' or a 'switch your lights on', anyway I switched my lights on.

i always flash/wave more wave than flash tbh..........never get replies......mostly old men(no offence) in 75s and they always give me the whole "that young guy had to have stolen that" look!

i shall perserveer though
