anyone bought from mr auto recently ? i cant seem to get on their website. its been out for quite a while now and im wondering if its to do with E.U import duties. either that or autodoc has taken them over. they had a depot in ireland i understand but maybe the tax imports now have made them struggle with sales ..

Not Mr Auto, but I use AutoDoc regularly. Their postage can sometimes be surprisingly quick, but it normally takes a couple weeks as things come from Germany. Had a new air con condenser arrive in 3 days for my Range Rover

the quality on both were about on par. lemforder and other quality names available but delivery was much better on mr auto as they were based in ireland but maybe all thats changed now. i ordered stuff 3 weeks ago from autodoc and received within 4 days. not bad really but others have said its a lottery on delivery times through their delivery network.

yes still says unavailable at the top but you can check on all parts ? not ordered anything so maybe they are working ?

Mister auto not up and running at the mo according to their website.Tried putting reg no in, does not recognise it.

I ordered from Autodoc 17 days ago - got my order today, a bit slower than the 4 to5 days I expected. Customer service were rubbish just kept telling me delivery times are slower due to pandemic and customs and to keep checking tracker. Said it would take up to 10days even though I was telling them I ordered 14 days ago??
