Hi Chaps, I need to replace my handbrake shoes but dont know what size the Torx screw is, the Haynes Manual does not specify. Also, is it a 5 star or 6 star Torx? Thanks..Paul

Torx by definition is 6 points not 5, there are, however, 5 point tools for other specific operations, sorry can't help with size, someone will be along that knows.

The brake disc retaining screw needs a T50 bit.
Reset it to 24ftlbs/33Nm torque. |
