Lakeland Motor Museum Meet;
Hi Everyone,
Firstly,may I thank Lee,[BIG LEK] for his very kind consideration towards me,for changing from the 2nd Sunday of August to the 3rd so as not to co-incide with this meet date,hopefully this may allow some of the N/E Guys to have a run over to the Lakes for a great day out at a very interesting motor museum with lots to see for all the family. There is also a steam railway about a mile down the road,which for those interested,will take you the 3 1/2 ml to Lakeside,where there is a large aquarium,and/or the steam ferries for a trip on Windermere Lake. So come along Lads,bring the family along,would also like to add again,if we can get 20 or more people,we qualify for the group discount of £6.00pp for entry into the museum,many thanks everyone,and I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible on the 14th. Very Best Regards. John.

This is creeping up on us, any more takers? I'm looking forward to it, should be a grand day out. Surely some more of you old duffers want to come along, point at the Model T and tell us young'uns that "them were cars, I had one of them when I was your age" ?
I know you are all just itching to reply..... |
