Radio keeps cutting out

This has been happening for awhile but a lot worse in the damp. The radio(or tape /cd) cuts out for a couple of seconds then comes back on.
Out in heavy rain today and it was happening every few seconds.

Is this a known problem and if so where do i direct the WD40?

What system do you have? If it's the highline sat nav with TV it could well be water ingress into the spare wheel well which is causing the connections to short.

All the radio tuner components for the highline are located under the plastic cover there.
