Had to postpone my bacon butty brekkie this morning due to no bread Fresh loaf baked & it smells bootiful in here, The rain that was forecast has started.

It's a nice calm slightly overcast end to the day here in Acle.....No rain

Got the Spurs v Liverpool game on the TV down in the cabin...

I'm off to the White Horse Pub in Upton in the morning ..............For Breakfast

Might take the boat out after for a little plod down the Bure.
Home in the afternoon and back again on Tuesday till Thursday.
Engines to be serviced on Wednesday.

Evening all, It's still chucking it down & lots of standing water around It isn't far off going into the garage again.


I didn't feel like cooking tonight so my missus is having a beef Strogonoff ping meal & I'm having some nice strong Cheddar on that homemade bread with piccalilli

Today's job was to get the rotten barn door sorted, all bloomin day as I'm not the best with wood!

At least its on now and lockable.
