Driver aids.
I live in a house which is about 10feet higher than the highway which gives me a clear view into passing vehicles. Lots of drivers driving no handed looking at maps papers mobile phones seen every day. Best one so far was 13.30hrs today BMW saloon with woman driver with a large dog sat on her lap so her head and the dogs were level,oh and approaching a staggered cross road with a round about and pedestrian crossing. I am sure she would have a very good reason for doing so!!! Chris.S.
