Position of the Bonnet release coupler on LHD Rover 75

Hi,
I've a '99 Rover 75 LHD and the Lever for opening the bonnet is blocked.
I found on Youtube a video for opening the bonnet via the bonnet release coupler.
The problem is that my car is a LHD, the Lever inside the car is on the left, so I don't know if searching the splitter on the left side or right ?
