Default Access to Nearside shock mount.

Help!
I need to gain access to the rear, nearside, shock absorber mounting from the inside of the car of a 75 Tourer.
There is a plastic panel that needs to be removed but I am unable to see how.
Can anybody advise me?
Thanks.
